我们之前(8月25日)公布有21篇SCI文章引用OmicShare,今天正好满 3 个月,截至今日,据我们所知已有 35 篇SCI文章引用OmicShare云平台。在新增的14篇引用文章中,影响因子最高的一篇发表在PLOS BIOLOGY上,来自中国科学院海洋研究所(青岛),影响因子为 9.797。 发表这些文章的杂志主要有eLife(IF=7.725)、Journal of Experimental Botany (IF=5.830)、Oncotarget(IF=5.168)、Cellular Physiology andBiochemistry(IF=5.104)等等21种期刊杂志。

OmicShare 工具的使用情况与8月份(Aug)相比,整体变化不大。使用次数最高的三个工具依然是热图、GO和KEGG富集分析以及韦恩图。其中,热图工具使用率最高,达到37.14%(图2),此外,趋势分析,气泡图,散点图依然受到大家的喜爱。

从通讯作者所属单位来看,我们的用户分布从8月底统计时的 10 个省(直辖市)已经增长到目前的 18 个(图3,绿色标志为新增的区域)。 其中,西北农林科技大学和四川农业大学两家单位引用OmicShare的文章依然最多(4篇)。

我们一般用引用次数和影响因子衡量一篇科研论文影响力,同样,引用次数和发表文章的分数可以用作衡量一个科研服务平台影响力。我们非常欣喜看到我们的用户使用我们的云平台并发表了高水平的文章。我们将继续努力,推出更多更好用的数据分析挖掘工具,在科研的道路上相伴前行。
